
Today's challenge is to do 15 military style push ups. They don't have to be done all at once you can break them down into groups of 3-5. Can't do them on your toes yet? Do them on your knees and if that is still too much of a challenge lean against a wall or counter. We lose 10% of our muscle strength each decade after we turn 30 unless we use it. After today attempt to do at least 15 everyday taking one day off each week to rest of course.
